Stress Management & Depression Assistance

The Storrs Counseling Center provides confidential off-campus services as well as a variety of empowerment groups for adults who want to explore their physical, emotional, mental, and creative goals. Our counselor, Susan Cohen, offers one-on-one sessions for various topics, whether you've suffered a traumatic event or are a child or adult coping with an eating disorder. There are also teen, parenting, and women's groups, as well as workshops on numerous topics, such as improving communication, dealing with an angry co-worker and work-related stress. Susan is also a substance-abuse professional, and can help you receive the treatment you need. Contact her today to get started, and be sure to check out our upcoming spring event.
