- What is the body-mind connection? This term comes from Eastern studies, current psychology and research that proves there is an intimate connectiin between the physical self and mental/emotional self. Just like how we breathe affects the nervous system and how we live affects our mood. (references: Ornish, Dean; Amen, Daniel; Kabit-Zinn, Jon; Estes, Clarissa Pinkola; Black, Claudia; Green, Bob/Winfrey Oprah, Chopra, Deepok).
- When is the office open? Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., 1-2 Saturdays a month as needed
- How can I tell if I'm addicted to alcohol and/or drugs? If you use alone frequently or if you can't not use and if you feel sick when you come down from using, if you black out, and more-come in to talk about this.

- Do I need parental permission to see you if I'm under 18? No!
- When should I pay privately for services? If you don't have insurance, are contracting for supervision or feel like increasing privacy.
- How do I know I would benefit from therapy? Life is an experiment. If you are in pain or hungry to work on your personal development, try it. You may like it and and if not, you gave yourself an opportunity to find out.
